About COPA — Center of Psychotherapy Accommodations

COPA — Center for Psychotherapy Accommodations was created to reimagine what it means to hold space for healers. More than an office rental model, COPA is a thoughtfully designed professional environment that accommodates the evolving needs of modern therapists. It offers the physical structure, ethical framework, and collaborative community necessary to support sustainable private practice.

The word accommodations reflects our philosophy: therapists deserve spaces that adapt to them — not the other way around. Whether a clinician is building a part-time caseload, expanding into full-time practice, offering hybrid telehealth services, or seeking professional connection and consultation, COPA provides flexible, beautifully curated offices alongside built-in support systems.

As a Center for Psychotherapy Accommodations, COPA integrates environment, professional development, and community under one roof. Members gain access not only to furnished therapeutic spaces, but to supervision, business consultation, networking opportunities, referral pathways, and shared resources. The result is a professional home where clinicians can grow intentionally, practice ethically, and feel supported at every stage of their career.

At its core, COPA exists to reduce isolation in private practice, remove logistical burdens, and create an ecosystem where therapists can focus on what matters most: presence, integrity, and the healing work itself.

When therapists are supported with intention and integrity, their work deepens — and so does their impact.

About the Founder

Lindsay Zogheb, MA, LPC, ACS is the founder of COPA and a therapist, entrepreneur, and community builder at heart. With a deep commitment to ethical, sustainable practice, Lindsay has dedicated her career to creating spaces where both clients and clinicians can thrive. She is also the founder of Inner Purpose LLC, a therapy practice rooted in compassionate, affirming care; Purposeful Practices Consulting, which supports clinicians in building aligned and sustainable businesses; and Big Feelings Club, a space designed to help children and families navigate emotional growth with intention and support.

COPA — named after her two children, Colton and Paige — reflects Lindsay’s belief that the environments we build matter deeply. Inspired by both motherhood and her experience in the field, she created COPA as more than an office space. It is a professional home for therapists who want beauty, structure, flexibility, and community without sacrificing integrity or autonomy. Lindsay understands firsthand the vulnerability of starting and growing a practice, and she is passionate about removing unnecessary barriers so clinicians can focus on what truly matters: their presence, their purpose, and their clients.

At the core of Lindsay’s work is a belief that healthy businesses are built on healthy systems — transparency, collaboration, mentorship, and ethical decision-making. Whether through therapy, consulting, or community building, she is committed to fostering environments where professionals feel supported, connected, and empowered to grow in ways that feel both grounded and expansive.
